Switching from HubSpot

Kundrio uses the data model HubSpot users know: contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages, custom properties, lists and tickets. The move runs through a built-in importer.
What the importer brings over

- Deals with pipelines and stages

- Consents and unsubscribes – so nobody gets mail they didn't ask for
Connect with a HubSpot service key or private app, or use HubSpot's CSV exports.
What you rebuild
HubSpot does not let you export workflows. They are recreated as processes in Kundrio. Many common flows already exist as templates.
We offer the move, including rebuilding workflows and training, as a service.
And if you want to leave again
Kundrio also exports contacts and lists back into HubSpot and Brevo CSV formats. Switching should be easy in both directions.
